G C Firestone at 3084 Southwest Boulevard, Grove City, Ohio.

Shortly after the last time I had an alignment done I ended up with knots in my tires. I took it back to them and they said it was from hitting potholes and that's what I get for not buying road hazard. I took the car over to Firestone Complete Care and they checked the air and my tire pressure and the tires were up to 50-55lbs and I had not added air to the tire and keep them @ 32lbs. I had not checked the tire pressure since they had the car last because they said that they checked the pressure. GC Firestone refused to accept any responsibility. Firestone Complete Care stated that Firestone voids any warranty on tires from GC Firestone due to the fact that there not an actual Firestone shop and not associated with Firestone. The manager also stated that Firestone has been trying for years to get them to remove the Firestone sign but something about Grove City getting in the way. I said Screw them both and went to Tire Discounters and they took care of me properly with a better tire for a better price even after road hazard.
Oh ya the warranty and road hazard is a over priced Joke too after reading both policies.
