Buckeye Ob Gyn at 1897 Ohio Drive, Grove City, Ohio.

I had the absolute worst experience no one should have to go through at a doctors office. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my doctor had left 30 minutes previously to deliver a baby. Cool cool no big deal babies are great. The receptionist told me, she should be back by X time when your appointment time is if you’d like to wait or go somewhere we’ll call you, I replied with waiting is fine it’s only 30 minutes. Fast forward an hour and a nurse finally takes me back, once I’m getting my blood pressure taken she tells me the doctor still isn’t back (ok fine because babies take time I got it). She tells me she’ll put me back in a room that way I’ll be ready for when she comes. Luckily I didn’t have to undress she told me she’d let me know when she arrived so I could get ready. 45 minutes goes by she never comes in. I walked out and left. I told the nurse I needed to go home I had been there over 2 hours and no one had the decency to tell me to reschedule or anything. This office is so poorly run and it shows. This was my first time to this facility and I will never be back. It’s been a week and no one has even contacted me to apologize or see if I’m going to reschedule. I understand babies can’t help when they’re born, but you shouldn’t be led to believe you’re unimportant in the process.
